Here you will find all ACTIVE HUD foreclosures. Hud has adopted a bidding process to make a purchase offer on any of their foreclosures. You must use a certified HUD Broker, such as myself, to place a bid on any property. It is done electronically and there are a few requirements that must be met FIRST before placing a bid. If the offer is below $50,000 a money order or certified funds of $500 must be present with the offer. If the offer is over $50,000 a money order or certified funds of $1000 must be present with initial offer. You will also need to have ready a pre-approval letter from a lender of your choice showing you have been pre-approved for a potential loan in your bid range.
